【概要描述】中国北京，2020年11月16日—瑞典斯堪尼亚公司(“斯堪尼亚”，隶属于TRATON集团，即大众商用车集团)与精进电动科技股份有限公司(“精进电动”)建立了业务合作关系，由精进电动向斯堪尼亚提供战略性零部件，应用于斯堪尼亚不断增长的全球电动化卡车和客车业务。此业务也是精进电动历史上获得的最大的商用车电动驱动产品订单。

 

本次业务将由精进电动向斯堪尼亚提供高功率碳化硅控制器总成和控制软件。该产品具有行业领先的效率、振动噪音以及功率密度。碳化硅（SiC）是最新一代的功率半导体（也称“第三代半导体”），可以使电机控制器具有更高的功率，更好的效率和更高的功率密度。

Beijing,China – Scania AB (part of TRATON Group, formerly VW Truck and Bus) have established a business relationship with Jing-Jin Electric Technologies Co.,Ltd. (JJE) as global supplier for a strategic component within Scania’s growing, global truck and bus electrification. This collaboration represents the largest business award in JJE’s history for commercial vehicle electric drive products.

 

The business involves production of high power Silicon Carbide Inverters with control software with industry leading efficiency, NVH and power density. Silicon Carbide (SiC) is the newest generation of power semiconductors, which affords power inverter higher power, higher efficiency and high power density.
